I share simple, supportive tools and real-life experiences to help you feel more grounded, connected, and less alone in this season.
Supporting women through seasons of change — especially motherhood, postpartum, and identity shifts.
Rooted in Pilates, breath, mindfulness, healing, and the whole-body connection.
A simple place to start with postpartum support.
If you’re in a season where everything feels like a lot, I created a simple breath guide you can come back to in the small moments you already have.
No pressure. No perfect practice. Just something gentle to support you through postpartum, overwhelm, and the in-between moments of motherhood.
A gentle guide with 5 simple breaths for the moments you need them most.
Five simple breaths you can use while feeding, rocking, lying down, or resting in the small moments you already have.
Designed for postpartum moms who need something supportive, realistic, and easy to come back to.
A grounded, whole-body approach to wellness.
Postpartum support for the real, in-between moments of motherhood — through Pilates, breathwork, and honest conversation.
I’m navigating motherhood, identity, and healing in real time — and sharing that through movement, reflection, and honest conversation.
Through Pilates, breathwork, and nervous system support, this space is here for women moving through postpartum, life transitions, identity shifts, and becoming.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here — just space to reconnect with yourself, gently.
Barefoot & Blooming
A gentle, honest space where I share reflections on first-time motherhood, postpartum life, wellness, identity, healing, expat motherhood, and the many in-between moments of becoming.
It’s for women craving real conversations — the kind that feel grounding, relatable, and like an exhale in the middle of a noisy world, especially first-time moms, women navigating postpartum, and mothers moving through life without a village.
If you’ve been navigating change, feeling stretched, rediscovering yourself, or simply longing for a softer place to land, this podcast was created with that in mind. Barefoot & Blooming explores honest motherhood, postpartum emotions, expat life, nervous system support, and holistic wellness in a real and human way.
Pilates as support, not pressure.
Pilates is where this work began for me — and one of the ways I support women in reconnecting with their body in a grounded, practical way.
Sessions are gentle, intentional, and adapted to where you are — whether you’re postpartum, rebuilding strength, navigating nervous system overwhelm, holding tension, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself again.
We work with breath, awareness, and movement to support your body in a way that feels sustainable — not overwhelming.
There’s no expectation to push or perform here — just space to move, breathe, and feel supported in your body.
If you’re feeling called to explore Pilates support, you’re welcome to reach out and we can find what feels right for you.
Retreats & in-person experiences
In-person experiences have been a beautiful extension of this work — slower spaces to move, breathe, reconnect, and be held in community.
Past gatherings have included mindful movement, breathwork, ceremony, nature, nourishing food, and reflection — all created with the intention of helping women come back to themselves.
I don’t currently have a retreat open for booking. This is part of the work I create — more may come when the season feels right.
Stay in the loop.
